Delete Your GramevO Account
Option 1 — Delete inside the GramevO app
This is the fastest method when you can still access the app.
Open Profile
Log in to GramevO and open the Profile screen.
Select Delete Account
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm permanent deletion
Read the warning, tick the confirmation checkbox, and tap Delete Permanently.
Option 2 — Request deletion without the app
Use this option when the app was uninstalled, the phone was changed, or the account cannot be accessed.
Enter your account details
Provide the phone number registered with GramevO. Your profile name and reason are optional.
Send the prepared request
Continue through WhatsApp or email. Your entered details will be included automatically in the request.
Verify account ownership
GramevO will contact the registered phone number or use another reasonable verification method. This protects users from unauthorised deletion requests.
Deletion is processed
After successful verification, GramevO will delete or anonymise the account and associated personal data and confirm completion using the available contact method.

Fields marked with are required. This webpage does not store the information you enter; it only places it into the WhatsApp or email request that you choose to send.
Information that is deleted or anonymised
Depending on the features used, account deletion may remove or anonymise:
- Firebase Authentication account and GramevO user profile.
- Phone number, profile details, profile photo, and device-notification tokens.
- Worker availability, private notifications, support requests, and related usage logs.
- User-owned active property listings, personal files, and other directly associated personal data.
- Meeting questions/issues and personal evidence files where appropriate.
- Personal identifiers in shared records that need to remain for another user, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
Information that may be retained
Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction or service history involving another user, backups, or legal obligations. Personal identifiers are removed where practical, and retained information is kept only for as long as necessary.
